Nick Sholl is a bass trombone expert from Mönchengladbach with many years of experience teaching brass instruments. He offers personalized, goal-oriented lessons for all levels and age groups.

Nick is the founder and artistic director of the ensemble ROLLING THUNDER BRASS.

Solo-Set for Diamond Wedding

I ended 2025 with a joyous Solo Christmas Set for a Diamond Wedding celebration.

Songs included warm ballads like "The Christmas Song" as well as known Carols from the English and German speaking tradition ("Little Drummer Boy", "Süßer die Glocken nie klingen")

Three Kings Oratorio in Essen-Werden

With choir, children’s choir, orchestra, soloists, and a narrator, the moving “Three Kings Oratorio” by Helge Burggrabe was performed for the second time at the Evangelical Church in Essen-Werden, following its Cologne Cathedral premiere.

The church had been completely sold out for months.

With his emotionally charged sing-along concerts “HAGIOS,” Burggrabe is considered a true insider tip in the German church music scene.
